Crew presides over the ceremony

2nd Annual Wings Ceremony: Honoring Dedication, Experience, and Excellence

On Thursday, December 18, we proudly hosted our 2nd Annual Wings Ceremony, a celebration of the extraordinary crew whose commitment, skill, and teamwork make our mission possible every day.

Wings were awarded to those reaching key milestones, including:

  • Basic Flight Crew Badge upon completion of orientation and flight training
  • 3 Years of Active Service
  • 5 Years of Active Service
  • 10 Years of Active Service
  • 25 Years of Active Service

For crew members, these wings represent not only time served, but countless missions and patients cared for.

This year’s ceremony also marked an important first: the inclusion of our Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs). Their critically important work keeps our aircraft airworthy, safe, and mission-ready. While they may work behind the scenes, their impact is felt on every flight—and we were proud to honor them alongside our flight crew.

A big thanks to Jaik Hanley-McCarthy, whose care and dedication makes the Wings Ceremony truly special. From organizing the event to welcoming families and kids, Jaik pours an incredible amount of time and attention into every detail. His efforts help turn this celebration into a meaningful experience for everyone and we’re truly grateful.

To all those honored, thank you for your dedication, experience, and unwavering commitment to critical care transport. We are proud to celebrate you and grateful for everything you do!
