Boston MedFlight operates from five bases across Massachusetts – and more recently, Southern New Hampshire – allowing us to respond quickly, efficiently, and effectively to patients across the region.
Each base is staffed by highly trained pilots, EMT-Operators and clinicians and equipped with the resources needed to reach patients fast and transport them to the right facility for the care they need—whether in Boston or beyond.
Bedford
- Located at Hanscom Field
- Serves as headquarters and central operations hub
- Home to our communications center, simulation training centers, aviation maintenance hub, and more
Plymouth
- Hosts our secondary communications and clinical simulation center
- Provides rapid access to the south shore, south coast, Cape and Islands
- Supports both air and ground critical care transport
Mansfield
- Provides rapid access to Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island
- Supports both air and ground critical care transports
Lawrence
- Positioned to serve Merrimack Valley and northern Massachusetts
- Supports both air and ground critical care transports
MANCHESTER, NH
- Located at Manchester-Boston Airport, optimally positioned to serve Southern New Hampshire
- Provides helicopter transport coverage for the region
